With a Masters Degree in Social Work, Zoë has been working with the elderly in their homes and in hospitals for more than 30 years. She has extensive experience in:

• assessing the concerns of the elderly
• providing therapy
• making recommendations that enhance their social, emotional, medical, and physical well-being
• negotiating medical and government bureaucracies
